It can be easy to step into a place of leadership and “tell” everyone around us how to show up and how to perform.  In this session we will look at how leading from a place of power with instead of power over makes us a more effective and productive leader.

In her leadership roles Lissa has worked with CEOs, managers, leadership teams and entire companies each time helping them to better understand how they show up and how to better communicate with each other.
