Meet Nicki. General Manager and CEO of the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives (OAEC) – Oklahoma City, Nicki brings decades of leadership in rural energy, infrastructure and public policy. The OAEC represents 30 electric cooperatives in Oklahoma and plays a crucial part in our state’s infrastructure. Her national service includes roles with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, American Public Power Association, National Waterways Association and the Oklahoma Waterways Board. A native of Marshfield, Missouri, Nicki earned her bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and her law degree from the University of Tulsa.
