Who Can Be Nominated?
- Entrepreneurs, community leaders, businesses, and organizations making meaningful contributions across Oklahoma.
- Individuals must reside in Oklahoma.
- Business or organization nominees must be established in Oklahoma and have at least one current location within the state.
